Duas Faces Design wins Grand Prix and international awards in 2024

Grand Prix at the Lusophone Creativity Awards for the illustration project “Bibó Piolho, Café Âncora D’Ouro”

Duas Faces Design closed 2024 with a series of national and international distinctions that reinforce the studio’s position in the Portuguese-speaking and international creative scene. Among the year’s highlights is the  Grand Prix at the Prémios Lusófonos da Criatividade for the illustration project “Bibó Piolho, Café Âncora D’Ouro,” as well as several mentions at the Graphis Design Awards.

The work for the centenary Café Piolho—an illustration celebrating the stories and generations that have passed through the venue—was awarded the Grand Prix in the Illustration category of the Lusophone Awards, a recognition that, according to the team, underscores the dedication, precision, and refined attention to detail that Duas Faces Design brings to every project, reflecting the creativity and technical excellence of its design work.

In addition to the Grand Prix, Duas Faces Design was also honored with four Silver Awards in the Graphis Poster 2025 Annual, all in the graphic poster design category. The awarded works include projects developed for Pixbee (in the Poster and Film categories), Radiologia ao Centro, Município de Sever do Vouga/AzTrail e Azores Trail Run, demonstrating the studio’s ability to communicate through striking visual imagery.

These distinctions add to a history of previous awards that attest to the studio’s consistency, such as the Vouga Trail 2023 poster, which earned a Gold Award in the Poster Print category at the 2024 Graphis Design Awards, recognizing the outstanding graphic work, as well as an honorable mention in the Print Branding category for the project created for Estádio Clínica in the same edition.
